This studio is equipped with an air-conditioning / heating system to have an optimum heating in winter, and a mild temperature in summer.

A fitted kitchen (see the opposite photo) allows you to do cooking appropriately with the help of :

• A microwave oven,
• An induction cooking plate,
• A Fridge,
• A coffee maker,
• A toaster.

A Confortable Bed and Bathroom

A television furniture along with a cupboard will allow you to empty easily your suitcases.

The bedroom isn't closed, but a screen is provided so that you can have an intimacy place in the main room of this studio.

An independent bathroom, is made of a multi-jet shower cabin along with a washbasin equipped with a mirror.

Independent garden with table

Those equipments are also provided for free :

• A television (52 cm) is provided with a TV furniture
• A rounded table with three chairs
• A garden table with four external chairs to welcome your friends.
• A convertible clic-clac bed (140X200), (new bedding).
• A bed for little children.
• An additional small bed.
